SMS Notifications — Consent & Opt-In

How We Collect Consent
TradeMaster collects SMS opt-in consent on the estimate request form at https://q-4u.com. Before submitting the form, customers must check an unchecked checkbox that reads:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from TradeMaster regarding my order and delivery updates. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
The checkbox is unchecked by default. The form will not submit unless the customer actively checks it. Contractor accounts that are signed in are not shown the checkbox, as they are not enrolled in the consumer SMS notification program.

How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS notifications will never be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
