Trade Master LLC ("Trade Master," "we," "us," or "our") operates q-4u.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Full name, phone number, and email address
• Delivery address
• Order details (material type, quantity, requested delivery date)
• Payment card information (collected and tokenized by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers)
• Discount or referral codes
• Contractor account information (company name, billing contacts, receipt email addresses)

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and interaction events (via Google Analytics GA4)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below)

How We Use Your Information

• Process, confirm, and fulfill delivery orders
• Authorize and capture payment via Stripe
• Send transactional SMS notifications via Twilio (order receipt, dispatch confirmation, delivery updates)
• Send transactional email notifications via Resend (order confirmation, payment receipt)
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch operations
• Analyze site usage to improve the Platform (Google Analytics)
• Comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with vendors necessary to operate the Platform:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs card data handling.
• Twilio — SMS delivery notifications. Phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio solely to send order-related messages.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Email addresses are transmitted to Resend solely to send order-related emails.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — site usage analytics. Data is anonymized and aggregated. You may opt out via browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for order and customer data.

All service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond providing services to us.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number when placing an order, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Trade Master (short code / long code: +1 623-400-3828) regarding your order status and delivery scheduling. Message frequency is typically 2–4 messages per order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. Opting out will not affect your ability to place orders, but you will not receive SMS delivery updates.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform and analyze usage. Essential cookies are required for checkout and session management. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use the site. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout from functioning correctly.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, and access controls. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) and is never stored on our servers. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Order records, contact information, and transaction data are retained for a minimum of 7 years for business, tax, and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us; we will honor deletion requests to the extent permitted by applicable law and our legal obligations.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request deletion of personal information; (3) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (4) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
