Or sign in to manage it yourself. Open the customer portal — enter the email you placed your order with and we’ll send a 6-digit code. No account needed up front; your prior orders show up automatically once you sign in. From there you can review the order, cancel before it’s scheduled, or reach out about a change.

Reply to your confirmation text or email, or call dispatch directly during business hours. Changes must be made at least one day before your scheduled delivery.
Day-of cancellations
If a truck has already been dispatched and cannot be stopped, our failed-delivery policy applies. Contact dispatch as early as possible if your plans change — quick recalls usually avoid the full fee.
Volume accounts
Ordering regularly? You may already qualify for a rate discount.
Silver (50 tons) saves 3%, Gold (150 tons) saves 6%, Platinum (300 tons) saves 9% — applied automatically once your account is flagged. Mention it to dispatch and they'll get it set up.
