Our story
We've Been Where You Are.
That's Why We Built This.
Over two decades in construction. We know what it costs — in time, money, and crew patience — when a supplier drops the ball. Trade Master exists because we got tired of accepting that.

The founders
Two decades on job sites before we ever owned a truck.
Stephen and Doug have been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Not managing it from an office — actually doing it. Demolition, grading, installs, the full range. The kind of work where you know at 6 AM exactly what you need on site by 9, and you know that if it doesn't show, your whole crew stands around.
That photo isn't staged. That's the end of a demo job — covered in dust, looking at what we just cleared. It's how most of our best days have looked: physically beat, but the work is done and done right.
Over 20 years, we dealt with every kind of supplier. Some were great. A lot weren't. And the problems that kept coming back — the ones that cost us real money and real time — were always the same three.
Inconsistent delivery
You block off your crew. Material doesn't show. Or it shows two hours late and throws your whole sequence. You eat the downtime.
Inconsistent quality
You spec quarter-minus and get something close to it. Or you order ABC and what lands on site doesn't compact the way it should. You find out at the end of the pour.
No communication
You're waiting on a delivery window so you can schedule your crew. Nobody calls. You call them. Hold music. By the time you have an answer, the day is already gone.
We didn't build Trade Master because we saw a market opportunity. We built it because we knew exactly what a contractor needed from a supplier, and we were tired of nobody delivering it.
What we changed
Everything we hated as contractors,
we fixed as owners.
Every person at Trade Master comes from a construction background or works alongside people who do. When we make decisions about how to run this operation, we start with one question: what would we have needed when we were on the other side of this?
Delivery you can schedule around
Dispatch confirms every run before a truck rolls — truck, window, site access. If something changes, we call you. Not the other way around.
Material straight from the source
We haul direct from the quarry. What you ordered is what lands. Consistent spec, every load, because we control the chain from source to site.
Communication you can count on
Estimates back in under 30 minutes Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM. Dispatch calls before the truck leaves. You always know the window, the price, and who to reach if anything comes up.
Pricing you can actually bid from
Material and delivery are always split on your estimate. You see exactly what the rock costs and what the haul costs — no bundled number to reverse-engineer.
“Every contractor who calls us has a crew waiting, a deadline, and a job that only works if the materials show up right. We know that. We've been that contractor. We will do everything in our power to make sure your job gets done right — because we know exactly what it costs when it doesn't.”
